Please find this Cartier Faberge 7810 larger model in like new condition with the original 18K clasp, stamped strap, and double-door box. The case measures 26x33mm. Appears fresh from the retailer in the 70s. A sister model to the elusive Coussin Bamboo watch.

The dial displays almost no flaws and features the “Paris” signed dial, which is the rarest of the two (the other being Swiss). Most other examples offered in the modern market are either the smaller model, a Swiss dial, or lack the 18K clasp.

The Cartier Box is in like new condition with bright red paint alongside the strap which shows no flaws and retains the “must de Cartier” logo as originally retailed with these models. The Cartier signed 18k clasp is still tight to open.

The piece features a manual winding movement signed Cartier along with the case. Once again, it is quite rare for a piece of this nature to present in such superb condition, and there are very few examples like it left around today. Please reach out with any questions or additional photo requests.
